Barking Dog

Has anyone seen the sienfeld with the barking dog that Elaine was ready to kill? I know how she feels. There is a beagle that lives on our corner and has been barking for the last 3 hours...maybe the owners should bring him in...It's days like this that I can't wait to sell this house...
