Whew

Well so far day 1 into the diet and so far so good. I walked and picked up Kai which is about 2 miles round trip. I then rode my bike from the store to Scott and Diane's, then home. That was a 5 mile trip. So my total is 7 miles of workout today..of course tomorrow morning might be tough..not only that we have decided to try to make our backyard look presentable. That means adding two flower beds in the corners..on the HOTEST weekend! WTF? Thats ok my mom is staying with us to help out with Kai. I'll take before and after photos for sure.

So again 1 day down and 7 miles of workout..not bad
